Shipping Policy for Jupiter's Bounty

Jupiter's Bounty is committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers within the United States. Currently, we exclusively ship domestically but are actively working towards expanding our product availability to other countries. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipments, specifically offering Priority Mail Shipping, which typically delivers orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order, and the exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process. We aim to process and fulfill orders within 3 business days, and once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or the provided phone number.

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Jupiter's Bounty is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped through USPS. However, if you believe you evidence of theft, such as tracking information that does not update or abruptly stops, please reach out to us. However, we are understanding of theft within shipping providers. Theft is not only a disservice towards you but also us as a business.

We do not currently offer international shipping, and any requests for address changes or corrections cannot be accommodated after an order has been shipped.
